Yes, outright payment is #2,500,000 (Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Naira) and Payment plan of initial deposit of #500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) spread the balance on a monthly basis for 12 months. Non completion of payment as at when due (chosen plan) will be treated as fundamental breech of contract and will attract #10,000 per plot monthly afterwards.

  1. Registered survey plan : #400,000 per plot (Commercial will attract extra 10% of the cost of the plot (subject to review)
  2. Development fee : #500,000 per plot (Subject to review)
  3. Deed of Assignment : #100,000 per plot (Subject to review)
  4. Contract of Sale : Free of Charge

Payments should be made immediately or before physical allocation.

Receipt of payment, Letter of allocation and contract of sales (after full plots
payment) While deed of assignment is issued upon payment after physical allocation

Yes. Corner piece plot (s) attracts additional 10% and Commercial plot (s) attracts 20% of the cost of the land.

After 100% of the land within the stipulated allocation time

You can building on the land from the specified year within development plan of the estate ,especially after allocation and fencing, after building approval has been granted by regulatory authority

Yes. Please note that WIL shall not buy property from you nor are we under obligation to get you a buyer. Whether you have purchased the land or not but we can assist you in fast-tract the sale/transfer with 10% (admin fee) from the current selling price of the land.

While we are not discrediting anybody, we strongly advise that any forms of
payments should be made to the company’s account details only. Otherwise, cheque should be issued in favour of WHITEBRONZE INVESTMENT LTD. We shall not responsible for any liability that may arise from deviation from the above instruction.

Yes. The estate layout is in sections and you are limited to build houses on each section based on designated use or plan for that section (Commercial or Residential) i.e Bungalow, Blocks of flat and duplexes. Note : Face-me-face you and high rise building will not be allowed in the estate

Yes. but a 90 day notice shall be given to the company and thereafter ,it shall be given consideration with 30% administrative charges. The refund shall be disbursed in accordance with the payment plan you subscribed to.
